Aristo Sourcing

Senior Data & Reporting Analyst

Aristo SourcingMay 2, 2026

Our Client is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Innovation (BII) team. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role dedicated to ensuring that operational and clinical leadership can rely on data that is accurate, consistent, and trusted.

You will work within an established data environment, partnering closely with the BII Director and data engineering team. Your primary focus will be validating data integrity, building reliable dashboards, and translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for divisional stakeholders.

This is not a strategy‑setting role; metric definitions and standards are governed by BII leadership. Your impact lies in applying those standards with precision, proactively identifying issues, and delivering reporting outputs that decision‑makers can trust without hesitation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Data Accuracy & Validation

  • Validate data integrity across reporting outputs and source systems.
  • Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with data engineering to resolve root causes.
  • Review and verify all data prior to distribution.
  • Proactively surface data quality issues before they reach leadership or clinical teams.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Translate operational and clinical data into clear insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Support recurring reporting needs for divisional leadership.
  • Ensure dashboards are simple, usable, and widely adopted.

Metric Consistency

  • Apply standardized metric definitions established by BII leadership.
  • Maintain documentation of reporting logic and calculation methods.
  • Escalate inconsistencies or definitional gaps to the BII Director.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with divisional operations and clinical leadership to understand reporting needs.
  • Act as the primary consumer of data engineering outputs, raising pipeline issues through the BII Director.
  • Contribute to broader BII reporting initiatives as directed.

Success Measures

  • Leadership trusts the numbers without question.
  • Dashboards are actionable, simple, and widely used.
  • Data issues are identified and resolved before reaching decision‑makers.
  • Reporting processes are reliable, repeatable, and well‑documented.
  • Discrepancies are escalated or resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

Must‑Have:

  • Strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, joins, aggregations, validation logic).
  • Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • 3–7+ years in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles.
  • Experience reconciling multiple data sources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of resolving discrepancies.
  • Ability to communicate data clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice‑to‑Have:

  • Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or multi‑location environments.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Athena).
  • Exposure to working alongside data engineering teams.
